ServSafeŽ Manager Food Safety training program is updated to reflect the latest FDA Model Food Code and is recognized as the preferred food safety training course by federal, state and local jurisdictions. Strongly recommended for managers and front line employees. All classes are taught in English and are scheduled for 8-hours unless noted otherwise*.
