FOOD SAFETY TRAINING

Nevada Restaurant Association (NvRA) is committed to providing quality food safety programs. ServSafe® courses are nationally recognized by the Conference for Food Protection [CFP] and include information from the latest food code. All classes are taught in an interactive style by experienced certified ServSafe® instructors.
ServSafe Food Safety Training Class Schedule

ServSafe® Manager Food Safety training program is updated to reflect the latest FDA Model Food Code and is recognized as the preferred food safety training course by federal, state and local jurisdictions. Strongly recommended for managers and front line employees. All classes are taught in English and are scheduled for 8-hours unless noted otherwise*.

If you would prefer to register by mail or in person, please print, complete and return the registration form along with your payment to:

Fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance of class. You may re-schedule up to three times or transfer your registration to another employee. Transfers must be made at least 6 business days prior to the original class date. Classes may be cancelled if less than 10 people are registered. If a class is cancelled, registrants will be contacted to reschedule to a future class or make other arrangements.
